Business set-up & structuring

ABN, insurance, registrations, plan-manager onboarding, accounting structure, contracts. Get set up correctly the first time, or untangle a setup that wasn't.

Strategy & advisory

Select 2–6 approved hours at $104.50/hr right inside the form. You'll see the total cost before submitting. Work stops when the approved hours are used.

We come back within one business day to confirm the scope, send a Stripe invoice, and get straight to work once it's approved.

What kind of business support do you offer?

Systems implementation, workflow design and SOPs, policy and compliance frameworks, business set-up and structuring, strategy and advisory, and one-off project delivery. Think of us as a fractional operations consultant your business can call on by the hour.

Can you implement systems and software?

Yes. We scope the right tools for your situation, configure them, migrate data where needed, and document how to use them so your team can run with it after we step out. Typical work: CRM rollout, scheduling & rostering, document management, accounting setup, basic automations between tools.

Can you design workflows and write SOPs?

Yes. We sit with you (or your team) to map how a process currently runs, identify the friction, redesign it, and write it up as a standard operating procedure your team can follow. Useful for onboarding, audit prep, or making sure the business runs the same way when you're not there.

How many hours can I book?

Bookings start at 2 hours and go up to 6 hours per request. Need more? Submit another request after the first batch is used. No lock-in either way.

What does it cost?

$104.50 per approved hour. You select your hours inside the booking form and see the total before submitting, anywhere from $209 (2 hours) to $627 (6 hours). Invoiced via Stripe once we confirm scope.

How fast can you start?

We confirm within one business day. You'll be asked to nominate a deadline in the booking form and check availability via Calendly so we can lock it in. Urgent? Mention it and we'll see what we can do.

Do you only support NDIS businesses?

No, we work with any small Australian business. We have particular experience with NDIS providers, but this service is industry-agnostic.

What happens if a task takes longer than the approved hours?

Work stops once your approved hours are used. We'll let you know what's done and what's outstanding, you can then approve additional hours if you want us to keep going.
