NDIS supports we deliver

Person-centred, dignified support across daily living, community participation and household tasks.

Core services

Personal Care & Daily Living

Showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence and bowel care, skin and pressure care. We work within written care plans where required, and our staff complete additional training for any specialised needs.

Community Access & Social Participation

Support to attend medical and allied health appointments, errands, shopping, social and recreational activities, family outings, and to pursue your goals and interests in the community.

Domestic Assistance & Household Tasks

Cleaning, laundry, linen, light meal preparation and basic household organisation linked to your disability support needs. Food costs remain your responsibility.

Activity-Based Transport

Driving you to appointments, errands or community activities as part of a support shift, either in a staff vehicle or supporting you to use your own.

Capacity Building Within Daily Supports

Working alongside you to build or maintain skills for daily living and community participation, within your Core Flexible funding.

Ad Hoc & Short-Notice Support

Flexible additional supports requested by you, subject to worker availability and funding. We do our best to accommodate urgent needs.

Contractor Sourcing

Where you need work outside our staff's scope, skilled trades, larger yard maintenance, home modifications, we can help source qualified contractors. They invoice you or your Plan Manager directly; we only charge for coordination time where it's claimable and agreed.

Pricing & cancellation

All supports are priced at or below the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26. Standard cancellation notice is 7 days for personal care and community access, 2 business days for household tasks.

We currently work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our NDIS registration is in progress, once complete, we'll also be able to support agency-managed participants. Happy to chat through options in the meantime.
